This week we finish our series Jesus On Developing Leaders by looking beyond the gospels to a poem in Philippians 2:5-11. The poem reminds us of something important about Jesus and his understanding of leadership and developing leaders. We see in the passage and elsewhere that Jesus and each of us live with limits. As we look to lead our church and develop leaders in our church we must take hold of the important principle — “Leaders Say ‘No’”.
