Color of Compromise Racism Small Group

On Tuesday, July 7th, we will begin a small group study walking through the book titled The Color of Compromise: The Truth About the American Church's Complicity in Racism (ISBN978-0310113607) . The study is based on a book, but there are videos that will be watched as well. You can participate without reading the book, but reading along will enhance your understanding of the material being presented. The study will be held on Zoom for the time being and will be Tuesdays from 7:00 p.m.-8:15 p.m. If you are interested in participating, please register so we can prepare and order books. If you order a book through the church, you can pay for it on the registration page. On Sunday, September 13th, in our 9:30 a.m. service, we will have a dedicated time of prayer for Valley students that started school this week. We will be including those who are unable to attend in person through a Zoom call. If your child(ren) will be participating, please fill out the interest form for each child so we have a comprehensive list of all who will be there either in-person or virtually. We will be sending out Zoom information later in the week for those who will be participating that way.
