Critical Next Steps Forward

Valley Family,
The church is facing some really big questions in the next several months.  I want to encourage all of you to pray and seek God's guidance.

Here are some important opportunities:
1) June Sermon Series on the Nature of the Church - Please try to attend or watch all four of these messages. They lay out the key essentials that must be present for a church to exist.
2) Valley Revitalization Class - Plan to attend either the in-person class or online.  We have several opportunities (The dates and times are posted below).  The class will remind us of our calling and commitments if we are to be the Lord's church in the place. 
3) Moving Forward Business Meetings - In August, the Transition Team is calling for two church business meetings in order to discern and decide the future direction of Valley Baptist Church.

I am so encouraged and grateful for how you all have responded to the Lord's leading during these months of transition.  Please continue to place yourselves and the ministries of this church in the Lord's hands.  He is faithful.

Valley Revitalization Classes

As mentioned above in Pastor Mike's announcement, we will be holding Valley Revitalization Classes for four weeks beginning on Sunday, July 11th.  Registration information is below and link information will come out in the July 7th email, but for your planning purposes, the times that the class will be offered are:

~Sunday mornings at 10:45 a.m.
~Sunday evenings at 7:00 p.m.
~Tuesday evenings at 7:00 p.m.

The offered each week will be the same for the week, so if you miss Sunday morning, you can attend one of the evening ones that week.  Please register here to let us know the class you intend to attend most regularly.
